Service Description

We do a very comprehensive structural report looking at the overall integrity and standard of the walls, floors, rooves etc. as well as analysis of internal and external finishings. We can advise on renovations and extensions planned. We can look at planning issues and advise. All reports contain a minimum of 50 photographs to assist the client in understanding any issues observed. We aim for a turnaround from inspection to report of 3 working days We can also look at boundaries and check them if required. We can also look at and analyse drainage reports produced by drain testing companies for no further fee
