Service Description

An initial inspection is undertaken and a photographic report is issued to the builder showing all the outstanding issues. A follow-up inspection is then undertaken when the builder has addressed the issues and any further outstanding issues are discussed with/shown to the builder. We are happy to do the initial inspection with the client present and have their input into the report produced for the builder.
